Shabir Hussain President
Leads all meetings, ensures transparency, and represents the Committee in all official matters.
Mohammad Iqbal Vice-President
Supports the President and takes on leadership duties in his absence.
M Tariq General Secretary
Handles all communication, meeting documentation, and maintains the membership records.
Mohammed Shamrez Finance Secretary
Prepares budget plans, tracks financial records, and reports financial health to the Executive Committee.
Composition of the Executive Committee
- Comprised of 6 to 10 members, including founding and elected members.
- Founding Members are permanent unless they resign or pass away.
- Elected Members are chosen annually at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- Members missing 3 consecutive meetings or attending less than 70% of meetings may be removed.
- Vacancies are filled by the committee itself.
Functions of the Executive Committee
- Administering and overseeing all sub-committees.
- Ensuring financial transparency and legal compliance.
- Coordinating with families during bereavement.
- Maintaining communication between members and external organizations.
- Managing court matters, funeral arrangements, and member welfare.
